摘要
新合成了安替吡啉偶氮Ⅲ显色剂 ,并研究了其与镍 的显色反应。结果表明 :在乳化剂OP存在下 ,于 pH 9 3 0的Na2 B4 O7-NaOH缓冲体系中 ,试剂与镍 形成 1∶1稳定的红色络合物 ,最大吸收波长位于 5 40nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为5 2× 10 4 ,镍量在 0~ 0 48μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。
In this paper a new reagent antipyrinylazoⅢ has been synthesized,purified and identified.In a buffer solution of Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH and in the presence of OP,this reagent forms a red complex with Ni^(2+),its apparent molar absorptivity is 5.2×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 540 nm and the composition of the complex is M∶R=1∶1,Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-0.48 μg/mL.This method has been applied to the determination of nickel with satisfactory results.
