This thesis probes into the possible ways of enhancing the efficiency of investment on the equipments in the newly-built colleges. This can be achieved through supervising system, purchasing planning, purchasing methods, and investment focus. Under the condition that the funds for the teaching apparatus and equipements have been increased in a large amount, the efficiency of the investment in these equipments is of prime importance.
