摘要
为提高对口腔及咽喉腔结核的认识 ,减少误诊。方法 对 2 2例口腔及咽喉腔结核的临床症状、体征进行分析 ,并经病理及抗酸染色明确诊断。结果 经规律、联合抗痨治疗均取得满意疗效。结论 对口腔及咽喉腔粘膜溃疡对症治疗 4周以上仍无好转者应注意排除口腔及咽喉腔结核的可能。
