私营经济属于非公有制经济,其行为在本质上属于剥削是不容否认的,但其行为也带来了客观上的积极后果,对社会经济发展产生了积极影响,因此要加强对私营经济的鼓励、支持、引导和发展;私营经济的发展,为最终实现共同富裕的目标积累了坚实的物质基础,给共同富裕带来了可能性。

Defined as the non-public business, it could not deny the fact that the private business always companies some extent exploitation in essence; however, the form of the private business brings about certain advantageous consequences objectively and affects the social economy development positively. As for the point of this, it is necessary to encourage, support, guide and improve the private business actively, at last to realize the goal and the possibility of overall well-off on the huge material accumulation.
