In order to serves the readers better and promote the running quality of the library, there is a must to develop the professional ethics of the librarians whose significance lies in bringing every positive and creative factor into play, boosting the spirits of post faithfulness and improving the librarians' quality. The concrete enforcement of the professional ethics at the college library should strengthen the leadership to show its example scene, the educating and monitoring and the development of the professional ethics at the library.
