摘要
为了获得一种能在较低温度下(≤600℃)以较高的速率(0.03~0.1mm/h)实现多种元素在工件表面的合金化,并使工件直接得到强化,作者提出了"交变电场真空离子表面合金化"的方案,设计制造了实验炉,对新方案进行了工业应用的初步探索.
In this paper a new technology named alternating current field vacuum ion surface alloying has been investigated.It is certain that the surface alloying of workpieces by mono-or multi-elements can be completed at a lower temperature(≤600℃) with a higher alloying rate(0.03~0.1mm/h)and the surface hardening of workpieces can be achieved at the same time.The first experimental results have shown its wide and bright future of industrial use.
