摘要
研究了时效冷却方式对CuNi2Si合金性能影响的规律.采用不同的时效冷却方式,Cu-Ni2Si合金的性能有明显差别.研究发现,炉冷时效过程中发生了微细的二次沉淀,从而使材料的电导率和硬度得到进一步提高.
In this paper the regularity of the effect of ageing cooling rate on properties of alloy CuNi2Si has been studied.With the different ageing cooling fashions there is obvious difference on the property of alloy CuNi2Si.It has been found that the microscopic precipitate appearing during the process of ageing furnace cooling makes the conductivity and hardness of the material be increased.
