摘要 研究了Q275钢控制冷却热处理工艺与控冷后的力学性能,表明Q275钢经控冷后,σ_(0.2)和σ_b提高50%以上,δ_5和α_(KU)值略有降低.力学性能的变化决定于冷却速度引起的组织变化.文中还分析了控冷强化机制和钢中魏氏组织铁素体对性能的影响,并介绍了应用情况. The process of controlled cooling for steel Q275 and its mechanical properties have been studied in this paper.It shows that the yield and tensile strength under controlled cooling are increased by a factor of 50% or more,but the elongation and impact toughness slightly decreased.Such variations in property were related to microstruture change as cooling rate changing.The strengthen mechanism operating in Q275 steel under controlled cooling and the influence of Wid.Ferrite on the properties are also discussed.The application of controlled cooling for Q275 steel is introduced.
