“三会一课”制度是加强党支部建设的基本制度。但就目前情况来看,“三会一课”质量不高仍是各单位一个较为突出的问题。解决问题的关键是要提高对“三会一课”制度重要地位和作用的认识,提高党支部成员的素质。
The Three - meeting, One - class system is a basic system for reinforcing the construction of the Party branch. But so far as the status quo is concerned, an obvious problem is the poor quality of the three meetings and one class in each Party branch.
