摘要
非英语专业大学生口语水平普遍较差,须查找、分析其原因,寻求可行的办法加以解决。影响非英语专业学生口语水平提高的主要因素包括:客观(应试型学习、环境、教学设置及教学模式等)和主观(焦虑和茫然、应试心理以及要求偏差)两个方面。 教师应采用多种形式来激发、调动学生的学习积极性,改进英语语言教学效果。
Non - English majors are commonly poor in oral English. The causes must be identified and analyzed and possible solutions to the problems should be found. There are two factors affecting the improvement of non - English majors oral English, that is, objective and subjective factors, such as the test - oriented teaching and learning, unfavorable school climate, teaching model, and syllabus - based teaching as well as students anxiety and being at a loss etc. A variety of activities should be introduced for non - English majors to encourage them in their English learning so as to improve both the teaching and learning.
