一种新的测定生物体系中过氧化脂质(LPO)的改进碘量法的建立

摘要 目的 :为方便而准确测定生物体系中的过氧化程度。方法 :用改进碘量法对LDL、培养细胞的上清液、人血浆的脂质氧化水平测定 ,并经四种质量控制指标测定。结果 :改进碘量法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确等特点 ,易在一般实验室推广。结论 Objective:In order to measurement Lipid peroxide(LPO)easily and exactly in normal laboratories.Methods:we adopt the modified iodometric method to assayment in LPO.we have measurement LPO of LDL,endothlium-condition medium and human plasma,and four quality control indexes,including standard curve,accuracy,precision and stability were investigated. Results:The results indicated that this method has good accuracy,sensitivity,precision,stability,and be easily practice by normal laboratories.Conclusion:It should be an important supplement to the methodology of LPO measurement.
