摘要
本文利用透射电镜对离子镀铝青铜膜进行横截面显微组织研究结果表明:整个膜层分为细等轴晶、细纤维状及柱状晶三种不同形态的生长区并且柱状晶主要以孪晶方式生长膜中存在NiAIl Cu_9Al_4合金相。
The cross section microstructure of ion-plating aluminum bronze film was
studied by TEM. The results show that the whole film consists of different morphology zones:
fine equiaxied crystal, fibre crystal and columnar crystal growing in the way of twin. There are
NiAl and Cu_9Al_4 phases in the film. The nucleation and growth processes of film are dis-
cussed. The growth strips in vapour deposition film is found.
