摘要
研究了快速凝固Al-8wt-%Fe合金在不同凝固速度下的胞晶内部成分及溶质分布规律此合金以胞晶形式生长,胞晶界上分布有富Fe亚稳相,在很高的凝固速度下,胞晶尺寸超过特征扩散距离(D/v)的83倍;
Study was made of the solute content and distribution of cellular structure at
different growth rates in rapidly solidified Al-8wt-% Fealloy. The alloy solidified as cellular
structure with inter-cellular regions composed of many randomly oriented Al-Fe particles.
At the highest growth rates, the cell-spacing exceeds the characteristic diffusion length D/v
by a factor of 83. The rate of increase of the average cell composition with growth rate is
compared with that predicted by different models.
