摘要
目的 研究人参养荣汤对慢性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析营养不良大鼠营养状况的改善作用。方法 利用腺嘌吟饲料喂养大鼠制作慢性肾功能衰竭模型,腹膜透析后判定为营养不良的大鼠分成人参养荣汤组、生理盐水组、肾灵对照组,分别给予药物灌胃,于灌胃前一周和灌胃后二周取大鼠尾血,通过检测血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白以及胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的血浆浓度判定治疗效果。结果 经腺嘌吟饲料喂养后10周,全部大鼠均达到慢性肾功能衰竭的标准,腹膜透析后血浆BUN、Cr水平降低,但血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白、IGF-1的水平也相应降低,其中透析后血浆白蛋白、IGF-1的水平较透析前有差异(P<0.05)。各组动物分别经人参养荣汤、生理盐水、肾灵灌胃后,人参养荣汤组和肾灵组动物血浆白蛋白、IGF-1水平升高(P<0.01)。结论 利用腺嘌吟饲料结合腹膜透析能够制作慢性肾衰腹膜透析营养不良动物模型;人参养荣汤对CRF-PD营养不良大鼠的营养状态有改善作用。
Objective To research the effect of renshenyangrongtang ( reyrt) on improving chronic renal failure(CRF) peritoneal dialysis(PD) malnutrition rat. Method 60 rat feed 0.5% adenine food 10 week, then measure BUN,Cr in plasma to judge renal fuction. After PD divide CRF - PD malnutition rat in three grope (rsyrt grope,saline grope ,shenling grope) randomly. Rat is irrigated stomach with rsyrt saline and shenling respecively. To take blood from tail in beforel week and after 2 week. Measure albumin(Alb) , prealbumin (Pre-A). insulin growth factor-1 (IGF - 1)in plasma to judge effect. Result All rat achieved CRF after feed adenine 10 week. After PD 2 week, BUN,Cr,Alb,Pre-A,IGF-1 in plasma improved. (P<0.01). Conclusion Feeding adenine and taking PD can make CRF - PD amlnutrition rat model; rsyrt can improve the nutrition state of CRF - PD malnutrition rat model.
