摘要
目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)性激素异常与T_(h2)细胞因子之间的关系。方法 用放射免疫法对30例SLE女性患者血清的雌二醇(E_2)、睾酮(T)及IL-6水平进行测定。结果 SLE患者E_2与对照组无显著差异,T水平低于对照组,E_2/T高于对照组。患者IL-6水平较对照组升高,患者E_2/T与IL-6呈正相关。结论 SLE E_2/T异常可能参与T_(h2)细胞因子的异常产生。
Objective To investigate the possible relationship between theabnormality of sex hormones and Th2 cytokines. Method The serum levels of estradial (E2) and testosterone (T) were determined by ra-dioimmniunoassay. Results The E2 level of patients showed no difference from that of controls while T level was significen tly lower than that of controls, E2/T was significently higher than that of controls. IL - 6 was significently higher than that of controls and E2/T correlated positively with I L- 6 in patients. Conclusion The abnormality of E2/T possibly participate in the aberran tproduction of Th2 cytokines in SLE.
