摘要
目的 探讨儿童狼疮性肾炎(LN)的临床特征和实验室检查。方法 74例小儿LN和130例成人LN进行临床及血液学、免疫学检查比较。结果 表明小儿LN表现为肾病综合征、肾综并肾脏损害、心脏、神经精神和血液系统等损害明显多于成人LN;无症状蛋白尿血尿、关节炎和雷诺征明显低于成人;但免疫学检查与成人无明显差异。结论 小儿LN的临床表现及实验室检查有其自身特点。了解小儿LN的临床特征及实验室意义,有助于正确诊断儿童LN。
Obiective Explore the clinical characteristics and lab exam of lupus nephritis in children.Method 74 children with lupus nephritis were taken physical, haematological and immunological exam and were compared with aldults . Result Happening of nephrotic syndrome, nephrotic syndrome with renal failure, heart attack, damages in neurological and hemological system in children with lupus nephritis were more than that in adults', the morbidity of asymptomatic proteinuria and hematuria, arthritis, raynaud's disease were significant lower than that in adults' ; but no difference in immunological exam between children and adult. Conclusion Clinical manifestation and lab exam of children with lupus nephritis have their own special characteristics comparing with adults' . clinical characteristics and lab exam are helpful in diagnosis of children with lupus nephritis.
