中西医结合治疗常复发性原发性肾病综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and West Medicine on Repeatedly Relapsed Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:研究中西医结合方法治疗常复发性肾病综合征的疗效。方法:病例随机分为中西医结合治疗组67例,西医治疗组(对照组)69例,观察治疗缓解后6个月、12个月和48个月时两组的复发率。结果:治疗组分别为0、4.4％和13.4％。对照组分别为10.8％、24.3％和37.8％。治疗组各期的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗常复发性肾病综合征疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective: The efficacy of therapy of integrated TCM - WM on repeatedly relapsed primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) . Methods: The cases were randomly divided into the TCM - WM group( n = 67 ) and WM group( n = 69), we observed the recurrent rate of the two group at 6, 12 and 48 months after the PNS was remittde. Results: The recurrent rate of TCM - WM group was 0,4.4% and 13.4% respectively, while in WM proup, it was 10.8 %, 24.3 % and 37.8 %, The recurrent rate in TCM- WM group at various time was significantly lower than in WM guoup( P<0.01). Conclusion: the therapeutic efficacy of TCM- WM on repeatedly relapsde PNS is much better than that of WM alone.
