摘要
目的:观察比较中药IgA-Ⅰ、Ⅱ号加西药治疗组与单纯西药对照组治疗IgA肾病的疗效。方法:70例患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组30例,进行系统的临床与病理观察。结果:治疗组总有效率85.0％;对照组总有效率36.7％;两组比较具有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:IgA-Ⅰ、Ⅱ号是治疗IgA肾病的有效方剂。
Objective: To observe the effect of the herb number IgA-Ⅰ ,Ⅱ formula with drug group(treatment group) and only clinical drug group(control group) on IgA nephropathy. Methods:Seventy patients divided into. Curing group with 40 patients and comparing group with 30 patients, and then systematic observe the clinical and pathological changes. Results: The efficient rate of treatment group and control group is 85. 0% and 36. 7% respectively; The significant difference was found between the two groups. (P<0.001). Conclusion: No. IgA- Ⅰ,Ⅱ are very effective decocturn in curing IgA nephropathy.
