肾移植中西医结合治疗长期存活的临床研究

Clinical study of long - term survival in kidney trans - plant recipients integrated with Chinese traditional medical treatment

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肾移植受者长期存活的临床效果。方法:将本中心1992年5月～1998年10月间同种异体肾移植受者163例次分为2组:西医组(n=80)采用常规治疗;中西组(n=80)在常规治疗基础上,加用系列中医中药治疗。结果:西医组和中西组1年、3年、5年人/肾存活率分别为91.25％/88.5％与95.2％/91.6％,81.82％/74.5％与90.9％/89.09％,50％/50％与83.4％/66.7％;二组治疗慢性排异反应受者分别为西医组24例,中西组22例,总有效率分别为45.8％与81.8％,P<0.05,差异显著。结论:中西医结合系列治疗肾移植受者的各种并发症(急慢性排异反应、感染、环孢素中毒及其他毒副作用等)具有较好临床疗效,可加速并发症的恢复,对移植肾的长期存活起重要作用。

Objective: To observe the long- term effect of renal transplant recipients integrated with Chinesetraditional medical treatment. Methods: A total of 163 renal transplant recipients were divided into two groups: western medical medical group(n = 80), treated with routine methods and Chinese and western medical group(n = 83), treated with routine methods integrated with Chinese traditional medical methods, from May 1992 to October 1998. Results: In western medical group and Chinese and western group, the patient/Kidney survival rate of 1 year, 3 years, 5 years is 91. 25%/88.5% vs 95.2%/91.6%,81.82%/74.5% vs 90. 9%/89. 09% , 50%/50% vs 83. 4%/66. 7% , respectively. 24 cases sufferer from chronic rejection in western medical group and 22 cases sufferer from chronic rejection in Chinese and western medical group. The effective rate of cure was 45. 8% vs 81. 8%, P < 0. 05, It is obvious difference. Conclusion: Chinese traditional medical treatment combined with routine treatment may accelerate recovery from complication (acute rejection, chronic rejection, infection, cyclesporine A toxicity and other side eff ects) . These treatment methods play an important role in renal transplants long- term survival.
