本文研究了硫酸奈替米星的高效毛细管电泳分析测定方法,与传统方法比较,此方法更方便、快速。此法的线性范围为0.062～1mg/ml,线性关系为γ=0.9998,回收率为99.2％。(n=5)

A method was developed for the determination the content of trobicin by HPCE. Compared with the traditional method, the HPCE method was simple and quick. The linear range was 0.06-1.0mg/ml, γ= 0.9998, the adding recovery was 99.2％.
