双波长分光光度法测定爱索尔感冒片中阿司匹林和盐酸吗林胍的含量

CONTENT DETERMINATION OF ASPIRIN AND MOROXYDIN HYDROCHLORIDUM IN AISUOER GANMAO TABLETS BY DUAL WAVELENGTH SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

目的:应用双波长分光光度法测定爱索尔感冒片中阿司匹林(A)和盐酸吗林胍(Y)的含量。方法:以0.005％酒石酸乙醇溶液为溶剂。在波长226.4,251.0.245.0,273.0nm处测定。结果:A在浓度4～20μg.ml^(-1)之间,Y在1.6～8μg.ml^(-1)之间,浓度与吸收度差值呈良好的线性关系。A平均回收率为100.78％,RSD为0.36％;Y平均回收率为99.06％,RSD为0.61％。结论:该方法简便快速,准确可靠。

Objective: The content of aspirin(A)and moroxydin hydrochloridum (Y) in the Aisuoer ganmao tablets was determined by dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Methods: It was determined by using 0.005％ tartaric aicd in the ethanol as the solvent at the wavelength of 226.4, 251.0, 245.0 and 273.0nm. Results: There were good linear correlation of the absorptivity difference and the concentration in the range of A (4～20μg·ml^(-1)) and Y (1.6～8μg·ml^(-1)). The mean recovery of A was 100.78％with RSD 0.36％, white Y was 99.06％ with RSD 0.61％. Conclusions: This method is simple, quick and accurate.
