氟康唑治疗深部真菌病近况
Recent developments in treatment of deep mycosis with Fluconazole
摘要
氟康唑为新一代三唑类抗真菌药物，该药为水溶性，口服吸收好，不受食物及pH影响。口服后的血药浓度可达静脉给药的90％。该药与血浆蛋白结合率较低，在各种体液中，如脑脊液、痰、汗液、唾液等均有较高浓度，半衰期可达30小时，80％以原形自尿中排出。该药可选择性作用于真菌细胞膜p450酶，干扰麦角固醇的合成，
