摘要 研究正常垂体腺的前后径和高径。方法 采用1.5T超导磁共振成像系统,于MRI T_1W_1加权像上,标准正中矢状位测量2557例正常人垂体腺的大小。结果 垂体腺前后径平均为8.542±1.528mm,其中男性为8.450±1.552mm,女性为8.634±1.504mm。高径平均为6.210±1.694mm,其中男性为6.126±1.671mm,女性为6.294±1.716mm。结论 垂体腺的大小变化与年龄、性别有一定的关系。男性前后径在30岁以前逐渐增大,30岁以后趋于稳定。女性前后径在40岁以前逐渐增大,40岁以后趋于稳定。男女高径均在20岁以前逐渐增大,20岁以后随年龄增加而逐渐变小。 To study the diameter and height of the Chinese normal pituitary gland. Methods 2 557 pituitaryglands were studied by 1. 5 T magnetic resonance imaging. The T1W1 images were obtained in sagittal planes. Results The mean lenght of pituitary gland was 8. 542±1. 528 mm,that for male subjects was 8. 450±1. 552 mm,for female subjects was 8.634±1. 504 mm. The mean heigth of the pituitary gland was 6. 210±1. 694 mm,that for males was 6. 126±1. 671 mm,in female subjects was 6. 294±1.716 mm. Conclusion The pituitary size was found to be related with the age and sex of subjects. The length tended to increase gradually before 30 years and didn't change obviously afterwards in males. While it tended to increase before 40 years and then didn't change obviously in females. The height tended to increase before 20 years and after that it tended to decline in both males and females.
