新型非去极化肌松药瑞帕库溴铵的临床应用
摘要
瑞帕库溴铵(Rapacuronium，Org9487，RPAC)是继罗库溴铵(rocuronium，ROC)之后推向临床的又一种新型非去极化肌松药，也是第一种同时兼有快速起效和中-短持续作用时间的药物。它是维库溴铵(vecuronium，VEC)的16-N-丙酰基、17-β-丙酸盐类似物，其Ⅰ期临床研究报告始于90年代初，近年已进入Ⅲ期临床实验。现将其临床应用介绍如下。
