The article tells systhetically the study of the model of mice hepatoma(H 22 )biological,immunological characteristics,experimential methods,the establishment of cell lines,and the application of the model to anti tumorous research of Traditional Chinese Medicine.So it is not difficult to see the model is a useful model in experimental study of liver cancer and screening of anticancer drugs.
