中国传统文化与中医心理学相互影响初探

Probe into interaction between Traditional Chinese Culture and psychology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过对医学与巫祝分离的必然性论述,指出不能把医学心理学思想萌芽时期巫祝中的合理成分抛弃,对《内经》祝由疗法应当合理扬弃;中国传统文化论述心脑头神等对中医心理学的形成产生了巨大影响;从杏林道士、儒医不分、佛能修心、气功养性、音乐调神、个性气质等多层面的论述,阐明中国传统文化对心身关系论述的渗透性及其部分方面的相互影响是多层面的、双向性的,两者的影响应是“源”与“流”的关系。

This paper probed into the interactions between the Traditional Chinese Culture and psychology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on the following aspects.1,Through the discussion on the certainty of the separation of medicine and Wuzhou,we pointed out that the rational components of Wuzhou at the beginning of the medical psychology could not be discarded,however,Zhouyou therapy in 《Neijing》 should be discarded rationally.2,Exposition on heart,head and mind,made by the Traditional Chinese Culture,affected to a great extent the formation of TCM psychology.3,Through discussions on Taoism in TCM,the interrelations of Confucianism and medicine,cultivating the heart by Buddhism,naturing culture by Qigong,relaxing mentation by music,we expounded the permeability on the body and mind by the Traditional Chinese Culture and partial interaction between them.4,The negative influence on TCM psychology.We concluded that the interactions between Traditional Chinese Culture and TCM psychology are at multiple levels,bi directional.The relationship of them is the same as that of source and flow.
