电针对大脑皮层微循环血流量的影响及不同温度区上的比较 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨电针对大脑皮层微循环血流量的影响,并在不同温度区上进行比较。方法:应用皮层红外热像显示法和激光多普勒血流测量仪,对家猫皮层不同温度区上的微循环血流量进行电针前后的比较观察。结果:(1)在用皮层热像显示法所选择的皮层高温点(3483℃±108℃)上,电针前的微循环平均血流量为(2668±868),电针5min为4225±2124,停针5min为4318±2362,针前与电针5min和停针5min比较均有显著差异,P<001。(2)在皮层低温点(3228±119℃)上,电针前平均血流量为1408±446,电针5min为1421±595,停针5min为1405±511,针前与电针5min和停针5min比较均无显著性差异,P>09。结论:电针可以引起皮层一定部位微循环血流量的增加,高温部位血流量特异性增加,说明皮层在电针后只有特定部位兴奋。 Objective:To observe changes of microcirculation flow on cerebral cortical regions of different temperature with electric acupuncture(EA).Method:the different regions in temperature were selected by Cortical Infrared Thermograph (CIT),and microcirculation flow on the regions was measured by laser Doppler flowmetry(LDF)in 20 cats.Results:the microcirculation flow increased from 266.8±86.8 befor EA to 422.5±212.4 in 5 min of EA,to 431.8±236.2 in 5 min after EA on high temperature(34.83±1.08 degree C)regions of cortex.It changeed from 140.8±44.6 befor EA to 142.1±59.5 in 5 min of EA,to 140.5±51.1 in 5 min after EA on low temperature (32.28±1.19 degree C)regions of cortex.Conclusion:EAstimulating could arouse increase of microcirculational flow on high temperature regions,but no remarkable change on low temperature regions.
