试论“脉图”

To Expound a Theory of The Pulse Composition

“脉图”即六部脉浮、中、沉所现诸脉象之立体组合式。它显示着各脏腑阴阳气血的盛衰及正邪抗争之态势 ,即显示了“证”的本质。脉图存在于一切病证之始末 ,并随着证的转变而转变。在病情复杂的情况下 ,往往是多证并存 ,但脉图却只显示一种 ,即主导证之脉图。随着治疗的进行 ,其脉图也随即改变 ,再治再变 ,最终出现健康脉图为告愈。知脉图者 ,以方治之 ,可期其必愈 ;不知脉图 ,则往往似效不效 ,终不能了证。大凡历久不衰之名方 ,必有其所主之证及相应的脉图。方、证、脉三位一体。证有大同小异 ,故方可加减置宜。脉图亦有差别甚微而难于区分者 ,故宜四诊参合不可偏执其一也。脉图的应用 ,有利于中医诊疗走向程式化。

An ancient famous prescription of TCM has alwas a relevant pulse composition,the theory of pulse composition is understood hardly. The syndromes and complex in a patient,pulse\,syndromes and prescription are related each anther,therefore,the comprehensive analysis by the four examination of TCM to be done in clinic,do not diagnose unilaterally. Diagnoses and treatments of TCM are going to formulation standardization and TCM medicine serration that the pulse composition theory use in clinic advantageously for it.
