对STZ大鼠降糖作用用药规律的实验研究

Experimental Research about STZ Rats in the Functional Mechanism of Dropping Blood Sugar by Chinese Medicine

目的 :设计健脾、益气、清热、滋阴、活血 5种处理因素 ,对链脲佐菌素 (Streptozotocin,STZ)实验性糖尿病大鼠进行正交实验 ,以分析各种因素之间的交互作用。方法 :动物造模后 ,按正交表 L16(2 ) 15设计做正交实验。结果 :单因素健脾 (P<0 .0 1 )、益气 (P<0 .0 1 )、滋阴 (P<0 .0 1 )和清热 (P<0 .0 5)均有显著的降糖作用。单独活血在降糖作用上无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5)。健脾与益气、滋阴、活血、清热相配伍在降糖作用上均有交互作用 (健脾与活血 P值小于 0 .0 5,其余 P值均小于 0 .0 1 ) ;益气与健脾、活血、清热交互作用 (P值均小于 0 .0 1 ) ;滋阴与健脾、活血有交互作 (P值小于 0 .0 5,其余 P值均小于 0 .0 1 ) ;活血与健脾、益气有交互作用 (健脾与活血 P值小于 0 .0 5,其余 P值均小于 0 .0 1 ) ;清热与健脾、益气有交互作用 (P值均小于 0 .0 1 )。结论 :以健脾益气。

we designed five treatment factors:invigorate the spleen,replenish qi,clear away pathogenic heat,nourish essential fluid and activate the blood flow.And we conducted orthogonal test of STZ experimental diabetic rats by these five factors.The results suggested:simple factor invigorate the spleen( P <0.01);replenish qi( P <0.01);nourish essential fluid( P <0.01)and clear away pathogenic heat( P <0.05)can all drop blood sugar clearly.But the affection of dropping blood sugar of activate the blood flow have no statistical significance Invigorate the spleen combined with replenish qi,nourish essential fluid,activate the blood flow and clear away pathogenic heat have reciprocal affection on dropping.Blood sugar(Invigorate the spleen with activate the blood flow P <0.05,the others P <0.01).Replenish qi have reciprocal affection with invigorate the spleen,activate the blood flow and clear away pathogenic heat(invigorate the spleen with activate the blood flow P <0.05,the others P <0.01).Nourish essential fluid have reciprocal affection with invigorate the spleen and activate the blood flow( P <0.01);Activate the blood flow have reciprocal affection with invigorate the spleen and replenish qi (invigorate the spleen with activate the blood flow P <0.05,the other P <0.01).Clear away pathogenic heat have reciprocal affection with in with invigorate the spleen and replenish qi( P <0.01).So using invigorate the spleen and replenish qi,nourish yin and clear away pathogenic heat as the basis far establishing therapeutic principle have theoretical and experimental foundation.
