阴黄证动物模型的建立及其意义

Establish and significance of the Yin Jaundice paterner animal model

目的 :探讨阴黄证动物模型的制作方法。方法 :利用 40 0 %的大黄煎剂 ,按 50 ml/kg/只的剂量 ,灌胃 1 5d,2 % α-荼异氰酸 (ANIT) 6ml/kg/只灌胃 1次 ,制作阴黄证动物模型 ,并用茵陈术附汤做治疗反证。观察大鼠症状、体征 ,检测血清白介素 2受体 (SIL- 2 R) ,肝功能如谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)、胆汁酸 (TBA)等以及 D-木糖吸收率等指标。结果 :阴黄证大鼠出现明显阳虚表现 ,体重下降显著 ,高胆红素、SIL-2 R升高 ,经茵陈术附汤治疗后 ,症状及指标均有好转。结论 :ANIT联合大黄制作阴黄证动物模型是成功的 。

Objective: Study the methods of how to produce the Yin jaundice paterner animal model. Method: 400% rhubarb decoction 50ml/kg I.G every day,continued using 15 days,then combined with 2% a\|nephthylisothiolyanate (ANIT) 6ml/kg I.G once, to produce the Yin jaundice paterner animal model. the treatment with YinChenZhuFu decoction were used as the protective group. observed the corresponding synptoms and signs during the experiment,and some immuning and biochemical items were detected,include soluble interleukin\|2 receptor (sIL\|2R),liver function test,such as alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bile acid(TBA) et al, the absorptivity of D\|Fructose. Result: the rats of Yin jaundice paterner were observed that symptoms of Yang deficiency,the obvious descent of weight,high levels of serum total bilirubin and increasing of sIL\|2R. after the treatment of YinChenZhuFu decoction,the symptoms and signs looked up. Conclusion: It is available and succeed to combine the ANIT with rhubarb to produce the Yin jaundice paterner animal model,and it expressed the characters of presistent high bilirubinemia,function of immunity is low.
