肾康注射液延缓5/6肾切除大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭进展的机理探讨

The Mechanism of Delaying Rat Chronic Renal Failure Development by Shenkang Injection

目的 :探讨肾康注射液延 5/6肾切除 (5/6NX)大鼠延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的作用机理。方法 :采用苯那普利、来适可为实验对照组 ,研究了肾康注射液对 5/6NX大鼠肾小球硬化、肾功能、高脂血症及肾组织TGF-β1的影响。结果 :肾康注射液可以显著降低 5/6肾切除大鼠的血压、2 4 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮 (BUN)、血肌酐 (Scr)、胆固醇 (CH)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL) ,明显减轻 5/6肾切除大鼠的肾脏病理损害 ,显著抑制肾组织 TGF-β1的表达。对以上指标的改善作用 ,与苯那普利、来适可无明显差异。结论 :肾康注射液可以减轻 5/6肾切除大鼠肾脏病理损害 ,改善肾功能 ,降低尿蛋白含量、高脂血症及肾组织 TGF- β1。

Objective:To study the mechanism of Shenkang injection on delaying chronic renal failure development. Methods:We observed the effect of shenkang injection on the glomerulosclersis,renal function,hyperlipemia,and renal tissue transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) of the rat whose 5/6 kidney was cutted in the animal experiment,with contrast group treated by lotensin,or lescol. Results:The results showed that:Shenkang injection can obviously reduce blood Pression,contents of 24 hour urinary Protein,BUN,Scr,Ch,TG,LDL of rat whose 5/6 kidney was cutted;Shenkang injection can also decrease the renal Pathologic change and inhibit the renal tissue TGF-β 1 expression in the animal experiment; There is no significant difference between improvement effect of the mentioned Shenkang injection injection compared with that of lotensin or lescol. Conclusion:The mechanism of delaying rat chronic renal failure whose 5/6 kidney was cutted with Shenkang injection is achieved by reducing contents of 24 hour urinary protein,hyperlipema,renal tissue TGF-β 1 and relieving the renal pathologic change.
