高锌对雄性小鼠生殖功能的影响

Effect of high Zinc upon the genitality in rats

目的：观察高锌对雄性小鼠生殖的影响，为临床补锌提供指导。方法：将雄性小鼠随机分为两组，实验组用加入ＺｎＳＯ_４（２００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ）饲料喂养１２周，对照组用普通饲料喂养，观察两组小鼠的一般情况、配对雌鼠的妊娠率及两组小鼠的睾丸的光、电镜下的结构。 结果：实验组小鼠的一般情况较差，雌鼠的妊娠率低，与对照组比 Ｐ＜０．０１，实验组小鼠睾丸曲细精管的界膜破损、变形。结论：高锌对雄性小鼠生殖功能有影响，缺锌引起的男性不育补锌要适量。

Objective To observe the effects of high Zinc upon the rats' genitality and provide in- structions for supplying Zinc in Clincal practice. Method To feed male - rats with feedstock added 200mg ZnSO_4 per kilogram for twelve weeks, then they were compared with male - rat fed with nor- mal feedstock to observe the general condition of high Zinc rat, pregnancy rate of metching female- rat and the structure of light and electric screen of the two groups of rats. Results The normal condition of high Zinc rats is poorer and the pregnancy rate of female rats is lower, compared with the controls(P<0.01). Membrane limit of testil convoluted tubules of testicle of high Zinc rats is damaged and deformed. Conclusion The high Zinc affects the genitality. It is necessary to supply Zinc appropriatelly for the male with inferility for lacking of Zinc.
