粗细分选选矿工艺流程的总结和展望(上)

摘要 本文对磁重联合、粗细分选、中矿再磨新工艺流程大幅度节能和降低材料消耗,提高铁精矿品位和回收率作了评述,介绍了齐大山焙烧矿和粉矿、大孤山选矿厂三选车间新工艺流程的试验研究情况以及工业实践。对其它适合改造新流程的选矿车间也作了简单介绍。新流程的采用为鞍钢各选厂达到国外选矿厂先进水平创造了条件,值得深入研究和推广。 The paper reviews the new technological flowsheets consisting of combined magnetic and gravity separation, separate treatment of fine and coarse ores and middlings regrinding, which can save energy, reduce materials consumption considerably and improve the grade and recovery of iron concentrates. The development and tests of new flowsheets and industrial practice in Qidasban roasted ore and subfine ore concentration plants and in the No. 3 plant of Dagushan concentrator are presented. Other plants which are suitable to be transformed by the new flowsheets are also described briefly. The application of the new flowsheets has created conditions for the concentrators of Anshan Iron & Steel Co. to reach the advanced level of the concentrators abroad, which is worth while to be further studied and popularized.
