新型浮选柱的研制与试验

Development and tests for the new type flotation column

利用研制的静态混合旋流浮选柱浮选试验,考查了有关结构参数和工艺参数,并与浮选机进行了对比试验。采用联合充气可以提高选别指标;在柱体安设磁系可提高磁性矿物的回收率。

Flotation tests were carried out by using newly developed static mixing cyclo—flotation column. Some structural and technological parameters of the column were investigated, and comparative tests with the conventional flotation machine were carried out as well. The separation indexes can be improved by combined aeration method, and the recovery of the magnetic minerals can he increased hy setting a magnetic field inside the column.
