摘要
Internet的迅猛发展对于原有基于公共电话交换网 (PSTN)的家庭心电血压监护系统提出了新的挑战。经过改进后的心电血压远程监护系统的中心站接入Internet,以TCP IP作为底层通信协议 ,便于各种不同类型的监护端以统一可靠的方式与之进行数据通信 ,适用范围更广 ,整个系统在易用性、可伸缩性、可维护性、可靠性等方面都优于原有基于PSTN的家庭监护系统。本文介绍了这一适应Internet环境的心电血压远程监护系统的基本结构 ,详细讨论了实现中心站的技术。整个系统的运作通过了实验室环境下的测试。
Along with the development of Internet, the home ECG and blood pressure telemonitoring system based on PSTN can not fulfill demands of patients and hospitals. The improved telemonitoring center connected to Internet, using TCP/IP, can communicate with a variety of monitoring units through unified method. The whole system has better features of scalability, maintainability and reliability. This paper introduces the infrastructure of the system and implementation of the center. The system has been tested in lab.
