本文首先分析目前国内医院信息化现状 ,然后针对其弊端结合对DICOMSR原理解析 ,提出了符合国际标准和技术规范的结构化诊断报告模型 。

This paper analyzes the development of domestic hospital information technology, then considering the shortcoming of the current condition and parsing the principle of DICOM SR and IHE, comes up with the structuring diagnose report model complying the international standard and technique criterions. At last, expands a project implementation of the model.
