摘要
目的 本文研究发生阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停时患者的心率功率谱及血压功率谱结构与正常睡眠的差异。方法 采用AR模型估计心率及血压的功率谱 ,并提取低频分量与高频分量的比值 (LF HF)作为特征参数 ,考察发生阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停时功率谱结构的变化。结果 发生阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停时LF HF是正常睡眠时的 2~ 5倍 ,表明患者在此时的交感神经活动增强 ,迷走神经活动减弱。
Objective To analysis the power spectrum of heart rate/blood pressure in obstructive sleep apnea and compare it with normals. Method Use the ratio between power of the low-frequency(LF:0 04~0 15Hz) band and high-frequency(HF:0 15~0 4Hz) band (LF/HF) as a index of sleep apnea. Compare the spectrum structure between OSA and normal sleep.Result The LF/HF ratio increase 2~5 times when occurring OSA. This means the sympathetic activity increase and vagal activity reduces during obstructive sleep apnea.
