摘要 本文对齐大山贫红铁矿连续磨矿—弱融—强磁—阴离子反浮选工业试验流程、设备、工艺条件和试验结果作了介绍。在磨矿粒度85.26%—0.071mm、原矿品位28.97%的条件下,获得铁精矿品位65.33%、综合尾矿品位8.70%和铁回收率80.72%的指标. The paper describes the eguipment, technological conditions and the results of the commercial test on the lean red iron ore of Qidashan Mine by the flowsheet of continuous grinding—low and high intensity magnetic separation—anionic reverse flotation. An iron concentrate grade of 65.33%, a combined tailings grade of 8.70% and an iron recovery of 80.72% have been gained at a grind of—0.071mm 85.26% and a feed grade of 28.97%.
