定向抛掷爆破在岔河锡矿剥岩中的应用

Application of Directional Throw—Blasting of Stripping Rock in Chahe Tin Mine

本文以四川凉山州会理岔河锡矿剥岩定向抛掷爆破为工程实例,论述了通过定向技术改变不利地形条件的限制,使爆破方向改变30°～90°后指向排土场的原理和方法;用优化设计原理,优选出使爆破与剥岩总费用最低的最佳爆破参数,爆破达到定向、定距、定量、定形,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Taking the directional throw—blasting of the stripping rock in Chahe tin mine for example, this paper discussed the principle and method which changed the blasting direction with 30～90 degree to the dumping site by the directional technique of Changing unfavorable terrain condition, and the selection of optimum blasting parameters of minimizing total cost of the blasting and stripping rock, and reaching blasting of direction, location, quantification, forming and gaining favorable economic benefit.
