Antidumping in Chinese Chemical Industry and the Counter Measures

随着关税降低及非关税壁垒的逐步减少 ,反倾销成为世界贸易组织各成员普遍保护国内产业的重要和有效的贸易保护措施。在国外对我国企业反倾销和我国对外国企业的反倾销中 ,化工产品都首当其冲。本文介绍了世界贸易组织关于反倾销的相关协议 ,通过分析我国化工行业反倾销面临的形势 。

With the decrease of tariff and gradual falling of non-tariff wall, antidumping has become one of the most common and effective measures to protect domestic industries among WTO members.Chemical products play an important role in the antidumping whether to chinese plants or to foreign plans.Damage caused by foreign dumping and antidumping in recent years which brought a negative effect on Chinese chemical industry is analyzed and the relative agreament of WTO is introduced.Several counter measures against antidumping are discussed in this paper.
