摘要
以正硅酸乙酯、钛酸丁酯、硝酸镍为主要原料 ,采用溶胶—凝胶 (Sol-Gel)法实验室制备了一系列组成不同的催化剂。催化剂前躯体的物化性能用BET、TPR及强度测试仪进行表征 ,用固定床连续流动微反装置 ,考察催化剂苯加氢生成环己烷的催化性能。研究结果表明 ,所制备的催化剂比表面性质与制备工艺参数的调整有很好的对应关系 ,合适的制备工艺参数可以制备得到具有优良比表面性质的催化剂前驱体 ,催化剂的比表面大于 30 0m2 /g ,比孔容可以在 0 16~ 0 36之间选择调整 ,孔径分布单一 ,具有双孔结构 ,最可几孔径分布为 1 1~ 1 7nm ,1 8~ 5 6nm。该催化剂应用于苯加氢制环己烷实验中 ,苯转化率均为 10 0 % ,环己烷的选择性均达到 99 0
A series of catalyst that has different composition,was prepared by sol-gel method with the tetraethyl silicate、butyltitanate and nickel nitrate.The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst precursors were investigated by BET、TPR and intensity test.Hydrogenation activity and heat resistance ability for benzene hydrogenation were determined in a microreactor-GC system.The result showed that textural and structural properties of catalyst samples had good correspondence with preparing processing parameter.Proper preparing processing parameters could get catalyst precursors with good textural and structural properties,which S BET>300 m 2/g,the pore volume could be adjusted from 0.16 mm to 0.36mm,the distribution of diameter of pore is single and the catalyst has double pore construction.The most probable diameter of pore was about 1.1-1.7 nm,1.8-5.6nm.The results showed that these catalysts had good reaction activity and good cyclohexane selectivity in the Benzene hydrogenation reaction,which the benzene conversion and cyclohexane selectivity kept 100% and 99.0% at different reaction condition.
