摘要 利用表面活性剂的复配增效作用规律,研究了助剂与油酸复配体系的特性。应用于盐类矿物萤石、菱镁矿的低温浮选表明,药剂的低复配比(1∶100)使用,能明显地优化捕收剂的低温捕收性能,大量节约药剂消耗,是替代寒冬加温浮选的有效措施。 The characteristics of the complex system between additives and oleic acid were studied by taking advantage of the regularity of boosting action of surfactants. Flotation tests with salt minerals such as fluorite and magnesite at low temperature have showed that, the performance of the collectors can be optimized remarkably at low complex ratio (1: 100)between additives and oleic acid. This process has proved to be an effective way to reduce reagent consumption considerably and to replace the heat—flotation process during frigid winter time.
