摘要
利用SM505型扫描电镜和IDASKAT380型自动图象分析仪等现代测试手段,对不同条件下形成的滤饼进行了测试,从分形理论出发,研究了滤饼结构的分形特征。结果表明,滤饼结构为一个分段sierprinski分形,可以用分形数学模型来描述滤饼结构、分维数值与物料性质、过滤浓度和过滤压差等,其大小反映了孔隙尺寸的分布情况和滤饼的可滤性。
Modern measuring means such as SM 505 scanning electron microscope and IDASKAT 380 automatic image analyser were used to measure the filter cakes formed under different conditions. Proceeding from the fractal figure theory, the fractal figure characters of the filter cake structure was studied. The results have shown that the filter cake structure is of pieeewise sierprinski fractal figure which can be described by a mathematical model of fractal figure. Its numeric values of fractal dimension are related to the material properties、the density and pressure difference of the filtration and reflect the pore size distribution and the filterability of the cakes.
