摘要 采用固体粉末包埋热扩散方法,对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行渗硅处理,所得到的渗硅层具有内、外两层金相显微组织.内层较薄,外层则较厚,并呈柱状晶形态.渗硅层的内、外层均分别由Ti和Si这两种元素的不同金属间化合物组成,外层为Ti_5Si_2相,内层为Ti_5Si_4相.渗硅处理可明显地改善Ti-6Al-4V合金的抗高温氧化性能. A siliconizing layer was obtained on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy by pack siliconizing.There were two layers in the case.The outer layer was thicker than the inner layer and exhibited colummar characteristic.The coating was rich in Ti and Si.The outer layer was composed of the phase of TiSi_2 and the inner one was Ti_5Si_4. The high temperature oxidation-resistance of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was improved remarkably by siliconizmg.
