中铬铸铁经等温淬火处理后,基体可获得马氏体、贝氏体和奥氏体混合组织或奥氏体和贝氏体混合组织,具有高的强韧性,在矿山湿式冲载高应力磨料磨损时的耐磨性高于马氏体高铬铸铁.
After isothermal hardening for the medium Chromium Cast Iron,the mixed structures of martensite,bainite and austenite or austenite and bainite were obtained.They have high strength and toughness.Under repeated impact and high stress wetabrasive wear condition,the wear resistance of medium chromium cast iron is higher than that of martensitic high chromium cast iron.
