摘要 研究了硅对压缩形变Si-Mn双相钢回复与再结晶的影响.试验结果表明,不同原始组织、不同硅含量的试验钢,经84%压缩形变后,500℃以下加热1h均处于回复阶段;合金元素硅明显地推迟了形变试验钢的回复与再结晶过程;硅含量高的钢再结晶后α晶粒尺寸较小. The influence of silicon on the process of the recovery and recrystal-lization of the compressive deformed Si-Mn dual-phase steels were researched by TEM and HV-hardometer.Experimental results show that when the steel Which have different original structures (islands martensite and ferrite or fibrous martensite and ferrite)was heated for 1 hr at ≤500℃,only recovery process was occurred;The process of the recovery and recrystallization were delayed obviously as increasing silicon content of the steel,and the recrystallized α-grain size of the high-silicon steel is small.
