摘要
预硬型贝氏体模具钢,添加有易切削元素硫和钙,具有良好的空冷淬透性能和综合机械性能及切削性能,可在预硬状态加工使用,适于制造要求硬度30～45HRC、高精度、低粗糙度和微变形的各种塑料和橡胶制品成型模具.
Pre-hardened bainitic steel consisting of manganese and boron has good air hardenability and comprehensive mechanical properties,meanwhile the steel is free-cutting in pre-hardened condition with the addition of sulphur and calcium.The steel is suitable for manufacturing various plastic and rubber diesrequiring hardness of 30～45 HRC,high precision,good finish and no deformation.
