摘要
本文介绍了为解决WZS-45型真空渗碳炉真空渗碳时炭黑沉积的弊端而进行的一些特殊设计及渗碳气流量、装炉表面积对真空渗碳效果影响的试验结果.在本试验条件下,当装炉件表面积在>1.2m^2和<0.9m^2时,渗碳气流分别以>30L/min和<30L/min为宜.
This paper describes especial design for solving the problem of soot deposition in the WZS-45 Model vacuum carburizing furnace and the effect of carburizing atmosphere flow,charging surface area,etc on the vacuum carburizing.In case of the experimental condition,carburizing atmosphere flow of>30L/min,and<30L/min are proper for the charging surface area of 1.2m^2 and 0.9m^2 respectively.
