摘要
研究了预形变和时效对2091合金抗应力腐蚀性能的影响.结果发现,合金在预冷轧1%,并经170℃×5h的时效后不仅具有较高的强度,而且伸长率出现峰值,同时具有最佳的应力腐蚀抗力.对各种状态的合金进行了微观组织分析.
The effect of predeformation and aging on stress corrosion properties of 2091 alloy was studied.Results show that the alloy which is subjected to the degree of cold rolling 15% then aging for 5h at 170℃,not only has higher strength,but also presents a peak of elongation and the best resistance to SCC.Microstructures of the alloy under a variety of conditions were analysed.
