摘要
利用三坐标测量机 ,采用合理的曲线检测算法 ,将测量的点云数据用surfacer软件进行处理后 ,再利用Pro/Engineer软件的曲面造型功能 ,实现涡轮导向器的敏捷化设计与制造。在产品设计中利用数字化逆向工程技术 ,可大大缩短新产品的开发周期 ,对快速响应市场产生显著效果。
Using Coordinate Measurement Machine(CMM) and effective detect algorithm for curve, we import the scanned point clouds into surfacer software to process the point clouds. The tool manufacturing of turbine guiding device is realized by means of the surface modeling function provided by Pro/Engineer software. Using the reverse engineering technology in product design will decrease the period of developing a new product and accelerate the response to the market.
